Waived Fee

Registration fees are waived for spouses, U.S. and Canadian government officials, liaison officers of The Fertilizer Institute and affiliate members.


Editorial Representatives of News Media (limit two per company): In order to obtain complimentary registration, the publication must contain some news content. If you have not attended the conference before, please submit a sample copy of the publication with the registration form to be considered for complimentary registration.



Payment Options

Credit Cards, Checks, Wire Transfers and E-Checks

TFI is not responsible for foreign check or wire transaction fees not included in actual transfer.  Attendees will be required to pay the fee if the check is not drawn on a U.S. bank or wire transaction fee is not included in actual transfer. All credit card transactions are processed in U.S. dollars and subject to the current exchange rate. 


Please instruct your bank as follows: 

The name(s) of the attendees must appear on the check/wire transfer and all costs are to be charged to the issuer of the check/wire transfer. 


Checks: Make checks payable to The Fertilizer Institute, drawn on a U.S. bank.


Wire Transfer: Please contact TFI at wiretransfer@tfi.org for wire transfer information.


E-Checks: Please have your accounting department notify TFI if you are using an e-check as payment for the registration fee.


Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Please provide your credit card number, expiration date, your signature and the credit card billing address.



Registration List

Registrations are not official until payment is received. A list of all registered delegates will be e-mailed to attendees who provide an e-mail address on a weekly basis. Please note that your name, address and company will appear exactly as you have indicated on your registration form. A final list of registered delegates will be available at the conference registration desk. No additional list of attendees will be published during or after the conference.
